The image shows an etching of a man from the waist up. He is in a three-quarter view, facing slightly to the right with his arms crossed over his chest. The man has a prominent nose, high cheekbones, an intense gaze, a full beard, and mustache. His hair is voluminous and slightly tousled. He wears a loose-fitting, long-sleeved garment. There are no visible jewelry or objects in his hands. The background is plain with light sketch marks.
