The image shows a sketch of two people. One person is seated with one knee bent and the other leg extended, leaning slightly to one side with her arm resting on her knee. The other person is partly visible, leaning back with their arm resting on a surface. The person on the right has long, straight hair and distinct facial features with sharp lines, while the details of the face on the person on the left are less defined. Both appear to be semi-nude or wearing minimal clothing. The drawing is done in a minimalist style with bold lines and minimal shading, capturing the form and pose of the figures. There is an inferred setting of them sitting or reclining together, possibly on a soft surface. The background of the image is plain and without any detailed elements. A red 'ARCHIVED MATERIAL' stamp is visible on the left side of the image, along with what appears to be a signature or notation in the bottom right corner.
