The color palette is predominantly sepia, giving the scene a vintage feel. The potted plant is in the lower left, the statue is slightly right of center, and there are frames and objects hanging on the wall. In the foreground, facing the viewer, are books, a lamp with a conic shade, a horn instrument, and a bottle.
