The image shows an aerial view of a wooden structure resembling a windmill or similar building with a tall, tapering tower in the middle distance. The horizon lies at the top of the composition where the structure merges with the sky. Additional rooftops and trees can be seen on the horizon. In the foreground, there are several figures dispersed across a grassy area, depicted with loose, impressionistic brushstrokes. The brushwork appears fluid and delicate with soft textures. The color palette consists of light greens, earthy browns, and pale blues, blending together to create a tranquil atmosphere. The sky above is depicted with pale washes of light blue melting into a nearly white expanse.
