The image shows a snowy mountain landscape viewed from an elevated perspective. The horizon is high in the frame, displaying rugged peaks under a clear sky. Several figures are on the snow-covered slope, dressed for a mountaineering expedition. A small peak with a rocky pinnacle is prominent near the center-right, with footprints on its surface. The color palette features sepia tones, giving a vintage quality. The sky blends into the snow and mountain shadows. The figures and equipment provide scale to the landscape.
