The image is a monochrome painting of a person in a reclining position. The figure is depicted lying on their side, with legs bent at the knee, one arm raised towards the head and the other across the torso. The facial features are abstract, and the hair is swept back. The clothing is suggested by dark areas around the chest and possibly the hips. The painting style is expressive, with dark broad brush strokes against a lighter background. The background features similar sweeping motions of paint. A circular red stamp at the bottom right corner reads “ARCHIVAL MATERIAL.”
