The image is a sketch of a person's head and upper torso in a front-facing position. The individual has their head slightly tilted back, with closed eyes and an open mouth. The hair is short and combed, leaning towards the right, with shading for depth. The person wears a collared shirt, and there are no accessories visible. The background is plain, and a red circular stamp labeled "ARCHIVAL MATERIAL RD" is in the lower left corner.
