The image is a sketch of a seated figure, showing much of their body from the head down to the knees. The person is positioned in a side view, with one knee bent and an arm resting over it. The other arm appears to rest on the back of their head. Facial features are drawn with minimal lines, suggesting a contemplative expression, and their hair is depicted with sweeping lines that cover some of their face and extend down to the shoulders. The person appears to be unclothed, as no clothing is depicted in the sketch. There are no visible items of jewelry or objects being held. The background is plain, with just the blank paper and a circular red stamp in the lower right area.
