This is a painting of an eagle perched on a globe with stars surrounding it. The image features a stylized eagle standing on a checkered-patterned globe. Around the eagle, there are four blue stars, one in each corner. The eagle is drawn with detailed feathers. Above the eagle, the phrase "E. Pluribus Unum" is written, and below the globe is the name "William H. Varner."
