This is a painting of a decorative banner design. The arch-shaped design features an array of floral motifs, predominantly roses, that are pink in color with green leaves. The text "St George Relief Society 1890" is embroidered across the banner. The border of the banner is embellished with patterns resembling lace. The combination of floral elements and text conveys a sense of celebration or dedication.
