This appears to be a photographic negative showing a rustic outdoor scene with a ladder. In the background is a brick wall with an open window. A person appears to stand in the window, leaning out and holding on to the top of a ladder. Another person stands on the ground below the window next to the bottom of the ladder. Their features are hard to see due to the inverted colors of the negative. On the left, two other people seem to sit on the ground by a tree or wooden post. Between them appears to be a basket filled with small, elongated items. On the left is a watering can.
