This is a painting of a burgundy-colored bonnet with a wide pink ribbon tied in a bow and what seem to be burgundy feathers. The bonnet is turned to the left, and where a person's face would typically be is instead filled with lace and pink flowers. Below the bonnet, near the bottom left corner, there are two small additional sketches showcasing different views of the bonnet. The background is off-white paper, with some golden-brown stains on the left side.
