Artist, French, 1840 - 1917

The image displays swirling lines and shapes that form an abstract impression of movement. In the center, there is a figure resembling a human body entangled with smaller shapes resembling heads, arms, and torsos. This central figure stands on an incomplete background of straight and curved lines, distorting the human form into an abstract composition. The elements create a dynamic representation utilizing human anatomy but in a surreal manner.
