The dresser is situated on the left, partially covered with a cloth that drapes over its top, on which a box labeled "Ciroflex" is placed. To the mid-right is a door, which features a round doorknob and an old-fashioned keyhole below it. In the lower part of the image, the top edge of a bed or sofa can be seen partially in the foreground. The handwritten text "Bedroom 1956" is visible along the top edge of the photo.
