This image shows a landscape with a valley, granite monoliths, and possibly Half Dome. The horizon is high in the frame with fluffy clouds in the sky. A tree trunk is prominent with branches framing the image. Snow-covered slopes lead to rugged terrain. The black and white color scheme accentuates the texture and contrast of the scene. Ridges and peaks can be seen in the distance.
