The image shows a towering rock wall in the Grand Canyon, viewed from close to the Colorado River. The bottom of the image shows the river with a few individuals and a small boat. The horizon is dominated by the cliff face rising up towards the top of the image. The rock layers are visible with striations and crevices. The color palette is brown and gray. In the distance, the rock wall shows layers of geological formations.
