This is a detailed painting of a dress with an empire waistline, short, puffed sleeves, and a long flowing skirt. The cream-colored fabric includes faint floral or paisley embroidery patterns in pale gray. We see the dress from the side, with what seems to be the front turned towards the right. The dress is centered, and surrounded by blank, off-white paper.
