The image shows an engraving of two figures in various poses. One figure, an older man with long hair and a beard, is seated with his torso twisted towards the viewer, legs crossed, and arms extended. Another figure, a younger man with short hair, is positioned on the older man's left, leaning towards him with his arm around his shoulder. Both figures appear nude, emphasizing their muscular physiques. The background is highly detailed with textured cross-hatching and shading, adding depth to the engraving. An inscription is visible in the center bottom of the artwork.
