The image portrays four figures, mainly shown from the waist up. There is a central child held by a woman on the right. Another child is kneeling on the left side, offering a cup to the seated child. An older woman is seated behind them, looking forward with her right hand raised. The background features shaded horizontal lines, adding texture to the setting.
