The image depicts a nude human figure with long hair embracing a skeleton from an oblique angle, revealing the back of the figure and most of its form. The human body is standing, leaning into the skeleton with feet on the ground and bodies closely entwined. The hair of the person is long and dark, cascading down their back. There are no visible garments on the human figure, and no visible objects or jewelry are present. The image is rendered in a sketch style with fine, dark lines against a neutral background. Surrounding the central figures, the background consists of a simple, rectangular border with subtle decorative line work. Below the main scene, three sketch-like representations of heads or faces appear within the border, sketched in a similar manner with minimal detail.
