The image depicts an ancient battlefield scene with soldiers. The foreground shows soldiers wearing classic Greco-Roman armor and helmets. In the background, other soldiers are engaged in battle with shields and weapons visible. The landscape includes rolling hills and clouds in the background. The drawing is detailed, capturing the expressions and textures of the scene.
