They are utilizing a pulley system attached to a wooden framework to maneuver and align the pipe sections. The setting is outdoors, along a rural road lined with telephone poles and distant trees. The artwork captures the strength and teamwork required in this industrial task, with detailed shading and texture highlighting the muscular bodies and the gritty environment of the worksite.
