The image shows a city street scene with numerous figures on the sidewalk and cars on the street. Bright lights and signs line both sides, including a vertical sign reading "PAYRAIR." Tall buildings fill the horizon, blending into the darkened sky. The composition features strong contrasts of black and white with thick brushstrokes, creating a monochromatic palette of black, white, and gray. More skyscrapers are faintly visible in the distance, emphasizing the urban environment.
