This drawing depicts an orchard scene with individuals harvesting fruit. The image shows figures picking fruit from large trees, with baskets of fruit in the foreground. Some figures are receiving freshly picked items and others are using ladders to reach higher fruit. The trees have lush foliage and the play of light and shadow adds depth to the composition. The scene portrays a sense of labor and productivity in a fruit-filled orchard.
