This is a sepia-toned etching of the Alamo building viewed from a direct perspective. The image depicts the building's façade with a low horizon. The detailed texture of the architecture, trees, a man on a horse, and a dog on the street is visible in fine, deliberate strokes. The color palette consists of varying shades of brown. In the distance, there are silhouettes of trees surrounding the building, and the sky has wispy clouds.
