The image depicts a pastoral scene viewed from a slightly elevated perspective. The horizon is marked by a strip of land with partly cloudy sky above it. The brushstrokes are delicate and detailed, adding depth and texture to the trees and cattle. In the distance, more cows graze in a field lined with trees.
