This is a monochromatic drawing of an industrial scene showing a large crucible pouring molten metal. Expressive lines in the background depict smoke and steam rising from the process. The central crucible gives a sense of weight and movement to the metallic flow. Contrast is used effectively to highlight the forces at work, with darker shading accentuating the energy and urgency of the scene.
