The image features large geometric structures resembling industrial buildings or ships with towering forms. The horizon is not visible, with the structures dominating the scene. The artwork shows finely textured shading in a monochromatic color palette of gray, black, and white. There are figures on a dock observing the structures, with other figures in the distance. The sky has swirling patterns and streams of smoke.
