The image shows the upper body and head of a young child seated on a bed. The child is positioned sideways, facing towards the left side of the image, and is focused on a small bird that is sitting on the bed in front of them. The child has short, curly brown hair and delicate facial features. They are wearing a dark-colored outfit with the sleeves slipping off their shoulders, revealing their chest, and they have red shoes or socks on. Around the child, there are two pillows, one brown and one orange, resting against the headboard. The bed is covered with a yellow and green patterned blanket. The room has a blue wall with a window showing a view of the night sky and a lightly patterned curtain hanging to the side. On the floor, there are red floorboards. A closed door, painted in a greenish-blue hue, is visible on the farther wall.
