The illustration features two men engaging in a handshake. One man has a mustard yellow face, a prominent nose, thin black hair, and wears glasses and a brown suit. The other man also has a mustard yellow face, is bald, wears glasses, and a blue suit with a red tie. Both have exaggerated facial features characteristic of caricature art. The background is plain white.
