The image shows an open page from a book titled "Chagall Lithographe." On the right page, there is a line drawing of a face with minimal features such as two eyes, a line for the nose, and lips, as well as part of a hand below the face. The drawing is executed in a single line style in purple ink. On the left side of the open book, there is handwritten text in purple ink that reads, "Pour les Nat. amitié 1968." The signature "Marc Chagall" is visible at the bottom right side of the right page. The background consists of plain white pages of the book.
