This is a photograph of a plywood panel with chalk writing memorializing an individual. The wooden paneling is affixed to the side of a building with horizontal siding. The memorial message includes large letters "RIP Thomas" and additional text reading "Burke aka Tab" written in blue chalk. The ground in front of the panel is covered with cobblestones and some sparse vegetation, including some dead twigs and a few sprouting plants. To the right, there is a small section of metal fencing visible.
