This is a photograph of a wooden fence with graffiti in front of a house. The image shows a weathered wooden fence situated in front of a brick house. The fence has graffiti spray-painted on it, reading "St. Bernard Killed Carole Can we rebuild." The house has a brick exterior with a roof and a covered porch area. The door appears worn with a black covering over one of its windows. The ground in front of the fence is paved, and patches of grass grow on either side. In the background, utility poles and electric wires can be seen, and there is a glimpse of a red vehicle parked behind the fence.
