This is a photograph of a model or miniature facade of an urban building. The image shows a row of closely packed, tall buildings with small windows, some illuminated and others in shadow. The buildings have flat surfaces and the scene is dramatically lit, creating a stark contrast between light and shadow. Laundry hangs between some windows, and small boats are seen below the buildings. The stark lighting and black background enhance the sense of isolation in the scene.
