The sculpture consists of a rectangular panel made of a grayscale stone or metal material. The panel displays three outlined figures in historical attire standing side by side above inscribed text reading "W.V.R.B.C.B" and "1768". Decorative elements surround the figures and the relief is set against a slightly textured surface. The sculpture is displayed on a light-colored background.
