The sculpture depicts a bird on a two-tiered base. The bird is detailed with a blue-gray mottled pattern and dark spots, and has a distinct head and beak. The base has a warm, reddish-brown lower portion and a muted green upper portion in a spherical shape. The sculpture has a stylized representation of a bird from the side.
