The image shows a view from water level, looking over a calm expanse where multiple boats are floating. The horizon line is below the midpoint and features silhouettes of buildings and distant landmasses. The brushstrokes are soft and blurred, giving the scene a hazy, serene quality. The color palette is monochromatic with shades of gray and black against a light background. Closest to us, the reflection of the larger boats adds depth, while in the distance, land and structures are subtly present.
