Artist, American, born England, 1830 - 1904

The image consists of a series of black-and-white photographic frames showing a nude woman in motion carrying a bucket. She is shown walking from left to right in the top row and from behind in the bottom row. The frames capture different positions of her body as she walks. It is not possible to clearly see her facial features or hair due to the grayscale nature of the photographs. She is nude and holding a round, wooden bucket. The background features a grid pattern, potentially for measuring her movement. Lighting and contrast variations may highlight certain details in some frames.
