This is a series of sequential images showing the motion of a figure jumping over a hurdle. The image consists of two rows of six frames each, depicting a side and back view of the movement involved in the high jump. The top row shows the figure moving from a running start to lifting off the ground, arching over the hurdle, and landing on the other side. The lower row gives a perspective from behind, illustrating the same sequence of movements. The images are black and white and appear to be motion studies, capturing the fluidity and dynamics of the sporting action frozen into discrete moments.
