This is a photograph showing a sequence of movements with kettle bell weights. The composition consists of two grids displaying different angles of the movements. The upper row shows frontal shots of the sequence, starting from the weight on the ground to it being lifted overhead. The lower row provides side views of each phase of the movement. The lighting is consistent and reveals details of the space. Both sequences capture the dynamics of the exercise with precise timing.
