The image shows sequential photographs of a nude male figure in motion, lifting and swinging a dumbbell. The figure progresses from a crouching position to stretching his arm outward and then returning to the starting position. The individual has short, combed back hair and is holding a dumbbell in each frame. The setting appears to be indoors with a linoleum or tiled floor and a plain wall in the background.
