This is an image of two exaggerated characters interacting chaotically with animals. One figure is handling small creatures, possibly rats, while the other appears to be alarmed and holding a broom. There is a larger creature nearby. The background features simple buildings, and the title at the top reads "SOUVENIRS DU CONGRÈS DE LA PAIX." The drawing conveys a sense of humor through the exaggerated actions and expressions.
