This is a drawing of a group of soldiers advancing towards a symbolic structure labeled "Suffrage Universel." The image features four caricatured figures with large heads and exaggerated costumes, marching with determination. They are wielding spears and flags, heading towards a hill where the symbolic structure stands. The medium appears to be pen and ink with detailed cross-hatching and shading. The drawing has a satirical and playful tone.
