This is a drawing of women with dogs in front of a building. The image shows women holding small dogs or leading them on leashes, as they gather around the entrance with the word "CONSTITUTION" above. The women are dressed in long gowns and shawls. There is a line of text in French at the bottom. The shading and style suggest a satirical tone common in newspapers or periodicals of that era.
