The image shows a ground-level view of a historical building with a clock tower at the center. The tower has a spire and weathervane on top, and bare trees are on either side. The artwork features fine and detailed brushstrokes to depict the trees and architecture. The color palette is monochromatic, using shades of sepia and black. Some individuals are walking and talking near us, and in the distance, the building and trees create depth in the scene.
