This is a photograph of an ornate civic building with a classical architectural facade. The building is characterized by tall fluted columns topped with Corinthian capitals, a pediment with sculptural relief, a broad staircase leading up to the entrance, large archways and decorative wooden doors. A banner nearby reads "Civic Repertory." An older model car is parked on the cobblestone street in front of the building.
