The image shows two young children seated closely together on a round stool inside a booth. The child on the right has curly hair and gazes upwards, while the child on the left, with straight hair, looks slightly to the side and embraces the other child with an arm around the shoulders. Both children wear long-sleeved tops - one in a dress with an appliqué detail and the other in a striped shirt. They wear beaded necklaces. The booth has wood paneling on the left and a partially obscured curtain above. The background inside the booth is plain and light-colored, possibly hinting at a plain or white partition.
