This is a drawing of two figures. One figure, labeled "EQUILIBRE EUROPEEN," leans on crutches. The other figure, labeled "CONFERENCE," bends down towards the first figure. Underneath them, there is a line and the words "- Pauvre vieux!" depicting a scene that may symbolize a state of affairs in European politics. The drawing features exaggerated facial features and body postures, typical of satirical illustrations.
