This is a drawing of two scenes in an assembly setting. The top scene shows a speaker at a podium, while the president of the assembly appears exhausted and tired. The audience in the background is depicted with simple rounded shapes. In the lower scene, two figures are shown in humorous poses. The characters are exaggerated in style, typical of caricature art.
