This is a drawing of an empty oval frame. The frame is highly ornate, featuring elaborate carvings and embellishments. There is an eagle at the top with outstretched wings, a small medallion depicting a portrait in profile below it, and a shield-like emblem with stars and stripes at the bottom. The design includes floral and leaf motifs throughout.
